Fees, Subscriptions & Payments Policy

This Policy is part of and governed by Artsi LLC’s Terms of Use. By using our Services, you agree to these terms.
1. Artsi Fees
A. Artsi Marketplace is free to start using. There are no sign-up or listing fees. Vendors pay no fees until they successfully sell an item on our marketplace.
B. When you make a sale on Artsi Marketplace, we charge a commission of 9.4% + .30 USD (which includes third party payment processing fees) on the total amount collected at the time of sale. This is how we make our money – by taking a small cut of each transaction that happens on our platform.
C. There are no additional or hidden fees on Artsi Marketplace.
D. Artsi Gallery is a curated collection of submissions from VIP Vendors, which requires the VIP Plan monthly subscription (See Section 2C).
2. Vendor Subscriptions
Artsi provides two distinct selling platforms for our vendors: Artsi Marketplace and Artsi Gallery.
Artsi Marketplace functions similarly to an Etsy – you have autonomy over your shop and all aspects of your listings and fulfillment are do-it-yourself in nature. You do more work, but you keep 90+% of your sales.
Artsi Gallery is hand-curated hub of the best AI-made art across the world that includes a done-for-you listing and fulfilment service for selected pieces. This allows our vendors to hand off all the technical aspects so they can just focus on creating beautiful art. This model is more like a Red Bubble, only you get to enjoy a 50% profit share.
Vendors can choose to subscribe to one of our three monthly plans in order to use our platform. The subscription fees are as follows:
A. Starter Plan: FREE
The Artsi Starter Plan is free for all new and existing vendors. Under this plan, you can list up to 25 products on Artsi Marketplace and pay no subscription fees. You will only be charged a commission when you make a sale on our marketplace.
B. Premium Plan: $9/month
The Artsi Premium Plan is great for sellers focused on Artsi Marketplace. For $9 per month, you can list up tp 150 products and take advantage of additional features such as the Premium Seller badge, coupon code functionality, and a discounted commission rate of 8.4% (as opposed to the standard 9.4%).
C. VIP Plan: $27/month
The Artsi VIP Plan is perfect for vendors interested in selling on Artsi Gallery or that need unlimited Marketplace listings. We anticipate this VIP plan will be our most valuable vendor product and increase in price substantially as we grow. For a limited time, we are locking in the subscription price for early adopters for the lifetime of their VIP subscription.

D. You can cancel your Artsi subscription at any time by logging into your account and going to the “Billing” tab.
E. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your account and all of your data until the end of your billing cycle. At that point, your account will be downgraded to the free Starter Plan.
F. We reserve the right to change our subscription prices from time to time. If we do, we will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice in advance so that you can decide whether to continue your subscription at the new price.
3. Payment Processing
A. We use a third-party payment processor to collect and process all payments made on our platform. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
B. All credit and debit card information is collected and stored by our payment processor and is not accessible by Artsi or any of our employees.
C. All payments are processed in USD. If you are located in a different country, your bank may charge you a foreign transaction fee.
4. Refunds & Returns
A. All refunds and returns for Artsi Marketplace purchases are handled by the individual vendors. As a marketplace platform, we do not issue refunds or process returns on behalf of our merchants.
B. All refunds and returns for Artsi Gallery purchases are handled by Artsi on behalf of the vendor.
B. If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact the vendor directly through their vendor store.
5. Vendor Funds
A. Vendors will accrue a payable balance for their sales in their Artsi account.
B. Vendors can request a payout anytime the balance exceeds $25 USD or more.
C. Payout requests will be arranged through the payment service of the Vendor’s choice (Examples: PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, etc.)
C. If the Vendor chooses a payment processor that does not offer free processing, they will be responsible for any extra payment processing fees when transferring funds.
D. All payments are made in USD. If you are located in a different country, your bank may charge you a foreign transaction fee.
E. In the event a Vendor does not have sufficient funds to cover a refund, chargeback or return, Artsi may charge the card on file or deduct the amount from future payments in order to cover the cost.
F. Artsi may suspend or terminate a Vendor’s account if they have outstanding payments owed to Artsi.
6. Taxes
A. It is the responsibility of each vendor to determine whether they need to collect and remit sales tax on the products they sell through our platform.
B. We are not responsible for any taxes that may be owed as a result of selling on Artsi.
C. If your local jurisdiction requires us to collect and remit taxes on your behalf, we are unable to offer those services at this time – please contact a tax professional in your area for advice before signing up for an account and selling with us.
7. Price Changes
A. We reserve the right to adjust pricing on subscriptions as outlined in Section 2F (Fees Policy).
B. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for Artsi Gallery products as outlined in the Artsi Gallery Curation Policy.
8. Promotions & Sales
A. Vendors are responsible for setting any sale pricing or promotions for Artsi Marketplace products.
B. Artsi is responsible for setting any sale pricing or promotions on Artsi Gallery products. Vendors have been provided guaranteed minimum commissions and should any sale or promotion reduce a Vendor’s commission below the guaranteed minimum, Artsi will compensate the Vendor for any additional difference.
