Digital Downloads Policy:
Due to the nature of this type of product, ALL digital downloads are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges, cancellations or returns on digital downloads. No physical item will be sent – you are purchasing a digital file only.
Shipping Policy:
We ship within the United States using standard shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping. International shipping is not currently available.
Color Variations & Printing Errors:
We do our best to accurately represent the colors of our products, but please note that there may be slight color variations due to monitor settings. We are not responsible for printing errors on orders.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your non-digital order within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee a cancellation.
Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final and returns will not be accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order (such as damage during shipping), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will work with you to find a solution. You may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier, depending on the shipping method and whether or not insurance was purchased.
